Thank you to the staff and pupils at Gosforth Park First School, Newcastle upon Tyne, who donated books and table tennis tables, bats and balls for King Jesus Charity Home.
The pupils, whose ages range from 3 to 9 years, also did a sponsored book reading session and raised over £900 to pay for shipping everything to Ghana. The actual cost was £450 so the remaining money will be used to buy essential items for the children at KJCH.
