Gordon raised £2,044.33 in London Marathon

A huge “THANK YOU” to Gordon Wanless for raising £2,044.33 by running in the Virgin Money London Marathon.  This is a fantastic result and we are enormously grateful to all the wonderful, generous people who sponsored him.  After deducting the cost of the charity’s place in the marathon, we have a balance of £1,644.33  to help pay for food and school fees for the children at King Jesus Charity Home in Kumasi, Ghana.  This is a marvellous result and hopefully we’ll be successful in securing a place again in next year’s marathon – but Gordon says it definitely won’t be him who does the running!
