A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Ghanaian Children’s Trust Annual Garden Party and helped to make it such a special day.
We were blessed with lovely weather, a wonderful atmosphere and, most importantly, the company of so many friends and supporters of GCT. There were some truly amazing cakes and pastries to enjoy, plenty of books to browse and a fantastic raffle, all of which helped make the afternoon such an enjoyable occasion.
We are delighted to share that the Garden Party raised an incredible £1,785.92 which is even more than last year!
Every penny raised will be used to support orphaned and destitute children in Ghana, helping to provide them with a loving and secure home, an education and the opportunity for a bright future as independent adults.
None of this would be possible without the dedication of Bishop Kofi Owusu-Afriyie, his family and the staff at King Jesus Charity Home, whose care and commitment to the children’s welfare is at the heart of everything we support.
Our sincere thanks go to everyone who attended, donated, baked, bought raffle tickets and books, volunteered their time, or helped behind the scenes. Your generosity and continued support make a real difference.
