Our congratulations to former KJCH boy, John, on graduating from Valley View University, Kumasi, with a Bachelor of Education majoring in Mathematics with First Class Honours.
John and his two younger sisters were brought up at King Jesus Charity Home. On finishing high school, John went to college where he completed a teaching Diploma in Basic Education and has since been teaching in a government school in the Upper East Region of Ghana. John self-funded his Bachelor of Education Degree which he completed in September 2019. He hopes to progress to a Masters in Applied Mathematics and is seeking sponsorship to attend a university in the UK for this. Well done John; everybody at GCT is very proud of you and what you have achieved under very difficult circumstances.
